2. Services Offered & Estimates
Happycasa provides expert home and bathroom remodeling services across Southern Maryland. All initial consultations, home inspections, design plans, and price estimates provided through website requests are:
- Offered free of charge and are completely non-binding.
- Valid only for the specific period stated during the consultation.
- Subject to change upon detailed in-person evaluation of the project scope.
A formal, binding contract for remodeling services is only established once a written Service Agreement is signed by both Happycasa and the client.
3. Specialized Programs & Promotions
Happycasa runs periodic promotional programs (such as the Senior Citizen Remodeling Program). Eligibility for these programs is subject to specific criteria, including but not limited to homeownership, age bounds (50+), geographic boundaries, and project timelines. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or terminate promotions at any time without notice once allocations (e.g. promotional spots) are met.
4. User Representations
When you submit information through our forms, you agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete details about yourself.
- Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your homeownership status.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, design layouts, graphics, text, and vector icons—is the intellectual property of Happycasa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any website assets is strictly prohibited.
