Andy Garcia grew up on job sites in Southern Maryland, learning both field execution and business operations from an early age. After years in construction and project management, he dedicated his work to bathroom remodeling because of its direct impact on everyday life. He saw that this was one of the most personal spaces in the home, and that when it is designed and built correctly it can improve comfort, convenience, safety, and confidence every single day.
Being raised in Calvert County also shaped the way he approaches service. For Andy, this work is not just about finishing projects. It is about serving local families, respecting their homes, and building bathrooms that genuinely support the routines people live with every day.
Today, he leads Happy Casa with a practical, hands-on style focused on communication, accountability, and making sure every detail is done right. His background in both the field and the business side of construction helps shape a process that is organized, realistic, and built around follow-through.
